I. We consider firstly that customers’ consumption idea has changed when customers have changed from sellers' market to buyer’s market in the enterprise. In face of numerous products (or services), consumption idea of consumers has changed. In face of numerous products (or services), consumers would like to accept products (or services) with good quality. Quality here indicates not only products’ inherent quality but also products’ packaging quality and service quality. Therefore, we must meet customers’ demands completely to the largest extent. ◇ Research, design, and improve services in shoes of customers (or consumers) rather than the company.

Perfect service system, strengthen pre-sale, on-purchase, and after-sale services, and assist in solving various problems appeared in using products, so that customers may feel convenience.

Pay high attention to customers’ ideas, let customer join in decision, regard treating customers’ ideas as an important link for letting customers’ satisfactory.

III. Three elements for customer satisfaction:

Satisfaction on corporate image: affirm evaluation of social public on enterprise comprehensive strength and general impression.

IV. 5S philosophy. “5S” indicates acronym of smile, speed, sincerity, smart, and study. “5S” philosophy is the most representative service culture innovation, with humanized era characteristics and considerable operability.

Smile: it indicates moderate smile. Shopping guides can smile authentically only when they are thoughtful to customers. Smile can embody gratitude and tolerance, as well as cheerful, healthy, and thoughtful status.

Speed: it indicates “speedy action”, including two meanings: one is physical speed, namely handle affairs more rapidly and not let customers wait for a long time; the other is demonstration speed. Sincere actions and thoughtful heart of shopping guides can let customers satisfied, and they may not feel long waiting time. Not letting customers’ wait is an important balance standard for service quality.

Sincerity: if shopping guides serve customers wholeheartedly, customers can feel it. Working sincerely is an important basic mentality and basic principle of shopping guides.

Smart: it indicates “sharp, clean, and agile”. Receive customers in a clean and agile way, pack products in a skillful, quick, and elegant action, and gain customers’ trust with flexible and artful working attitude.

Study: learn and master product knowledge constantly and research customer psychology, as well as skills for reception. Making efforts to research customers’ shopping psychology and skills in sales services and learning more about professional knowledge, shopping guides can make progress in the layer of receiving customers, and there will certain to be better performances.

We do businesses for making money firstly, but not only for money, or even drawing water to others’ mill.
